Round One Update

Madison's cheer squad is doing awesome. They had a great practice round on friday, and then started the competition today. After Round 1 (of 2) They are in .....FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! Way to Go GALAXY!

Madison's Cheer Squad is competing at National's this weekend in Anaheim, CA. Lucky for Dalton he gets a Disneyland trip out of it. The little girls are playing away at Grandma's (BIG THANKS!)

A Day at the Beach

We arrived in California today and headed straight for the beach. When we first got there, we wondered if it was warm enough, so we headed to the water in our regular clothes. The kids soon were drenched, Brian headed off to grab some towels and the kids changed into swimsuits. It was a successful day playing at the beach.

A Taste of Spring

We have had a few days of Spring weather around here and have enjoyed being outside. The kids love it! We have even got Meilin to like the swing for 30 seconds at a time. Before now, she would scream the moment she got in. There hasn't been much wind but Dalton has made the kite fly anyway. His comment was....."Look how good i'm doing, can you believe this is my first day ever flying this kite!"

We celebrated her birthday with a few parties this week. We had an early birthday party here at home and another one on her birthday at Grandma's house. Jodie's parents were in town so they made it to both. She was so excited, and a bit surprised, to have all of the attention and presents directed her way. Meigan stayed back with Grandpa and let her enjoy the moment all by herself. Plenty of cake, presents, and fun...............Thanks Everyone!

American Cheer Championships!

Madison's cheer squad was in a National Competition. They did Awesome! They took first place in the first round and Second overall! They also won the Judges Choice Award for choreography! Way to Go!!! Grandma, Grandpa, Heather, Zach and Ashley were all able to come and watch, THANKS!!!!
