The past two years on Mother's Day weekend, I have left my children home with Brian while I took the weekend off and went to visit my Mother. This year they had a blast. They visited a Sports and Leisure show, played in plenty of dirt, had Brian's mom and sister over for Mother's Day dinner, and wore Dad out!
