We spent the evening with Grandma, Grandpa, Heather and her kids at Silver Lake. (Brian and Val were at the Utah vs Louisville football game. ) We had a great time and the weather cooperated for us to make it around the lake. We then climbed in the warm car and fed the kids pizza and breadsticks on the way home.

Baby Gavin
My niece Hailie has a darling new baby boy. He was a little early but has done great. He just came home from the hospital and I got to go see him with my parents. We tried to view from a distance but Great Grandma got to hold him. Hailie and Courtney are going to be the best parents, CONGRATULATIONS!

The Animal Farm (no not our house)
Today we went to an animal farm/petting zoo. We went with Jodie's parents, Dave and Barbara. We saw horses, cows, bulls, ducks, rabbits, pigs, pygmy goats, guanacos, llamas, sheep, chickens, and peacocks. The kids had a great time feeding the animals dried corn kernals but they didn't do any petting of the animals. Meigan didn't want to get to close to any of the animals but she had a good time there. They had horse/pony rides that they kids did a couple of times. Meigan wasn't too sure about that the first time, but later at the end of our visit she road a pony all by herself and had a great time. While we were there, Hailie called and said that Jodie, Barbara, and Dave could come meet Gavin, their new baby. So Brian and the kids finished up our visit with trying to feed all of the baby goats with out letting the big goats steal all of the food.

Are you ready for some football!
Brian was able to get some tickets for a football game that was perfect for him. Louisville was playing Utah and those are his two favorite teams in college ball. Utah ended up winning pretty easily and it was fun to see the game and cheer for who ever had a good play. It was a beautiful fall evening for a game and Brian and Val had a great time!

Mid Autumn Festival
The Asian Club at our local college had a children's festival to help celebrate the Mid Autumn Moon Festival. They had kite making, fish painting, mask painting, necklace making, relay races, pinatas, and origami. The kids had a great time. I guess I was too busy chasing them because I sure didn't get many photos.

2 toddlers in China
I think we have finally figured out how we are going to carry two toddlers in China. We borrowed this great hip carrier from our friends to try and have since found another one. Hopefully Meilin likes it as well as Meigan.

Fall Soccer
Dalton enjoyed Fall Soccer once again. This year first and second graders were mixed. All in all it was a great season. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for being his No. 1 fans at almost every game!

Another Haircut
It was time again to trim up the ends of Meigans hair as we wait for the front to come in. Robyn did such a great job and, of course, I had to snap a few photos
